APPETIZER
Rajah Masala ( Spicy Peanut Salsa) with House Yucca chips
Roasted peanut, pico de Gallo, turmeric, mint, Kashmiri chilli

CHOICE OF MAIN
1. Kothu Parotta
Stir fried flaky flat bread, chopped spiced beef, veggies, fried egg

2. Malabar Biriyani in an Artisan Claypot
Layered Basmati Rice, Chicken masala, ghee roasted cashew & raisin, crispy onion

3. Queen Karimeen
Marinated and flash fried whole pomfret, wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed) served with homemade yucca chips

4. Dosha (Fermented Lentil and Rice Pancake) with Coconut Chutney. (VEGETARIAN)
