Chef Chris Conlon of Piero's Italian Cuisine is prepping their signature dish, Osso Bucco. The Osso Bucco at Piero's is made every single day and has been made the same way for almost 40 years! You will fully prepare and enjoy a 26oz, slow-braised veal osso bucco with pan sauce, served with egg fettuccine.

$45 - Veal Osso Bucco (feeds 1)
- Your cooking kit includes all ingredients prepped and ready for you to recreate this dish at home. The veal and pasta are included, of course. Then think of crushed garlic, carrots, celery, and red onion, along with red wine and crushed tomato. You will prepare and cook the entire meal and will learn to make a pan-sauce with the braising liquid for the entire dish.
