One of the most popular sandwiches we have ordered on our menu is the Cuban sandwich. So we are really excited to give our customers and any other sandwich fans a super high-end version of the product they already love. We are bringing in pork tenderloin and Kurobuta ham from our friends at Snake Rivers Farm and ordering up some special Emanthaller swiss cheese and wrapping it all in a puff pastry. We are going to add some pickle gel and house-made stone ground mustard sauce. We will also serve it with maduros, a super popular side of sweet fried plantains.
