Backyard is Spokane's "5 Star Dive Bar" and the perfect place to pack the patio for the ultimate Summer burger. This masterpiece comes straight from the chef and is absolutely STACKED. First we take our natural 1/3 pound burger and get it nice and smothered in blackened seasoning. Grill it up and load it with all the good stuff:
- Mountains of melted cheddar
- Crispy bacon bits
- Sautéed jalapeño peppers
- Crispy fried onion rings
Then lay on a smear of sriracha cream cheese and a drizzle of Backyard sauce and stuff it between a fresh brioche bun. Served with fries. Come check it out!
