Who hasn't wish they could have BBQ pulled pork AND a cheeseburger in the same meal? We present: The BBQ Pork Stuffed Brick-Oven Burger, from Chef Doug Parcel. TWO 1/4 pound burger patties stuffed with 1/4 pound of smokey BBQ pork (brick-oven smoked pulled pork, house BBQ sauce, bacon, and green onions), topped with cheddar cheese and thick-cut bacon. Served on a warm brioche bun with BBQ aioli, shredded cabbage, sliced jalapeños, and Chipotle onion straws. It's as good as it sounds.
