Enjoy our patio for a fun Secret Burger Happy Hour Event. Since opening, our bologna sandwich has been a bit of an iconic mainstay. What our customers don't know is make it in house and have a secret little back of the house snack for our chefs. It's time we made it open to the public. I will be grinding down beef and pork fat into the robo-coupe, roll it in plastic wrap for a water bath and let it cool for a long in-house smoke.
Instead of throwing it on a bun, we are going to press it into cylinder, make some bacon hushpuppy batter and do these up corndog style! We will serve it with a few fun sauces and some duck fat tots. Don't miss out!
