“I come from a humble background where we learned to use
every part of the animal. I have made it my goal to refine and enhance the flavors of every part of the animal, this is how I created the Whiskey Glazed Pork Shank.
I dry rub and smoke the pork for 5 hours until it is fall off the bone, then place it on a bed of homemade sweet potato mash, and smother it with Whiskey Honey Glaze." Fall off the bone delicious.
