Who doesn't love a Secret Menu?
Stephen Malloy of DOC food + wine, and Nonna Tavern loves a classic French Dip but can't seem to find one that lived up to the standards of this creation. Not quite fitting for an Italian Tavern- so a perfect addition to our secret menu!
Chef's using a Dry Aged and Smoked Ribeye and he's topping it off with Smoked provolone, Rajas, Caramelized onions,
Horseradish cream, Mushroom conserva, Au jus.
