In honor of Spiceology’s new signature blend Tomatador, we’re celebrating all things Tapas and Spanish cuisine. Enjoy this one-night only menu from Top Chef Chad White and Spiceology’s very own Chef Tony Reed. Featuring Iberico pork from Campo Grande and imported Spanish Chorizo and Morcilla from Despaña, this is sure to be a culinary evening to be remembered.
Tomatador Tapas Menu:
Ostras - Oysters served on the half-shell with a charred tomato vinegar
Pan con Tomate - Focaccia with anchovy, Spanish olive oil, and rosemary
Pulpo a la Brasa - Spanish octopus with piquillo, olives, and onion
Jamon de Iberico - Campo Grande Iberico ham served table-side
Carrillada de Cerdo - Braised Campo Grande Iberico pork jowl with fabada beans, saffron and Despaña Spanish chorizo
