A traditional sourdough recipe, that begins with starter that traveled over the Oregon Trail, organic flour and pink Himalayan salt. The dough is slow fermented then amped up with the color of butterfly pea flowers and purple sweet potato. Taking tradition and twisting it, for an extremely Instagrammable slice of Avocado Toast. The color, the flavor and the technique are combined to create something truly unique to Spokane. Rare, beautiful and delicious, We call it Bread Couture.
