My name is Stephen Lee. I'm the Chef/owner of Jawgogi's, American Korean Kitchen. I'm American Korean myself. Recently, I visited Korea and took a gastronomic tour. I didn't go to the typical Korean BBQ restaurant or to any chain restaurants. I ate at the mom and pop restaurants, the neighborhood spots. This popup is going to feature the best dishes I had in Korea. I also hope you enjoy spicy foods because this stuff has a kick! Enjoy!
