Who is Simpli Sushi?

Simpli Sushi was established during the 2020 pandemic shutdowns. While everyone was stuck at home and many businesses shut their doors, our husband and wife team, while out of work, started a door-to-door sushi delivery service which has since turned into a full-service sushi catering experience!

We provide services such as private dinners, wedding catering, corporate events services, and more.

What's our inspiration behind hosting a Valentine’s Day tasting at Vegas Test Kitchen?

There is no better day to present our love for food than Valentine’s Day. Chef Vong created this menu with premium quality seafood and a fun modern presentation in mind. You will begin your journey from fresh and bright bites to deep umami flavors and end the night with sweet treat that you never had anywhere else.
