"We invite you to an intimate wine dinner in the Private Room at Garagiste Wine Room | Merchant. Enjoy a 3-course menu created by Chef Justin Hall of Main St. Provisions paired with 3 wines by Garagiste Owners/Sommeliers, Eric & Mario. Influenced by Chef Justin's childhood in the Central Coast of California, each course will have components prepared in Main St. Provisions' wood-fired oven as it's wheeled the short block over to Garagiste. Guests will have 1 hour to eat, drink, and learn about the ingredients of each course and the ideas behind the wine selections from Chef and Sommeliers."
