Some people don't know Spokane has it's own Cajun bar. We travel to New Orleans every year and bring back little bits of our favorite city. On our most recent trip we fell in love with funky little dish called Alligator Cheesecake. A savory play on creamy cheesecake with seasoned cream cheese, gouda, chunks of alligator and served with cajun shrimp. A perfect little snack to prepare you for Mardi Gras... Grab you beads and Laissez les bon temps rouler!
