I was born in Beirut and raised in Los Angeles. I grew up eating a wide variety of foods from different cultures. That explains the tostada, cheesecake and even lettuce wraps. They are what I love to eat. The fusion that happens is delicious.

I’ve taken them and created an eclectic Mediterranean version infused with Lebanese flavors. Hashweh, for example, is one of my fave Lebanese items to eat - so I made it vegan to allow more people to enjoy the flavors and textures of it!

A LA CARTE TASTING MENU - BUILD YOUR MEAL!

$9 – Hummus Love
- Served 2 ways with warm pita

Vegan Hashweh - Sauteed quinoa, onions, toasted walnuts, pine nuts, and spices.

Zucchini - Sautéed zucchini, onions, and peppers in olive oil seasoned with paprika and sprinkled with toasted and seasoned pepitas.

$11 – Chopped Fattoush Salad
- Served with lettuce leaves

With fresh purslane leaves, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, red onion, peppers, radishes, power greens, and sumac. Topped with pita chip pieces.

$23 – Fish Tostadas (2)
- Two lightly fried pita rounds topped with rockfish. Drizzled with garlic-infused olive oil and tahini sauce. Topped with cabbage slaw and a final drizzle of tahini sauce. Served with Lebanese-style rice pilaf of toasted orzo and jasmine rice sprinkled with toasted pine nuts.

$7 – Labneh Cheesecake
- Orange blossom-infused labneh cheesecake with a crust made from walnuts and golden baked pita, drizzled with simple syrup and topped with fresh raspberries and chopped walnuts.
