Representing over 165 years and five generations of the Frey family’s agriculture tradition and expertise at the Frey Ranch, we use the knowledge of the past while looking to the future to grow our whiskey.

Proud of our Nevada roots and strong ties to the Las Vegas culinary scene, the desire to work with local chefs who both support farm-to-table cooking and the community in which they live and work was important in developing this event.

Chefs Justin Kingsley Hall and Roy Ellamar exemplify these values, always working with different farms, growers, and producers for their ingredients. Both have strong ties to their neighborhoods and actively work to promote programs that support community needs.

When we were creating this concept of a Harvest dinner, we thought what better way than to have both these chefs work with us and help us bring Frey Ranch Farm to Las Vegas.
