Order a la carte and make your own Cajun feast:

* Z’herbes/Seven Greens Gumbo - $10
A staple during Mardi Gras season, Z'herbes includes kale, collards, turnip greens, mustard greens, spinach, and carrot and beet tops. Of course, we start with the Holy Trinity (Green peppers, onions and celery) and smoked meat.

* Cajun Gumbo - $13
Holy Trinity - green peppers, onions and celery; made with shrimp, tilapia, chicken, andouille sausage, crawfish and okra

* Shrimp Po’Boy - $14
Cajun-spiced jumbo shrimp, Mardi Gras slaw, tomatoes and dill pickles with house-made remoulade and chips

* Alligator Po’Boy - $13
Cajun-spiced alligator sausage - yes! Alligator! (contains pork) - Mardi Gras slaw, tomatoes and dill pickles with house-made remoulade and chips

* Beignets - $8
Adorned with caramel powdered sugar and a bit of honey
