Goodbye COVID, Hello Secret Burger Relaunch Event! We will be throwing a huge kickoff party with some fun drink specials, giveaways and in true secret burger fashion seriously FOMO eats. If you think you know Borracho, guess again. For one night only we are bringing in a guest... Chef Alex Szambelan of our sister restaurant The Lantern. He has traveled all over the US, cooking and learning from top tier chefs... and his love for sushi is colliding with the oversized burritos you're used to getting from Borracho.

Chef is cooking a special sushi rice, packing if full of carrot, cabbage, cucumber, avocado, crab mix and damn near a pound of spicy salmon and wrapping the entire thing in giant pieces of nori! They will be served with a variety of dipping sauces and a high five if you can finish this beast.
