Join us at the brewery and taproom in Henderson for a cheese pairing experience with Diana Brier, owner of Valley Cheese and Wine. Diana Brier ACS CCSE, CCP is a National Cheese Expert who loves to share all things cheesey...in the best way possible, which makes her uniquely qualified to lead Vegas's premier cheese and wine shop.
Engage with Diana and ask her all your burning cheese questions and she will bring you a wealth of knowledge like no other. She will share information behind the cheesemakers, the story of the origin of the specific cheese including farming background, the cheese making process, and pairing suggestions.
CraftHaus beertenders will help guide you and understand the elements of pairing specific cheese with specific beer styles to coax out a flavor explosion or harmony.
