Sommelier Kat Thomas is an Advanced Sommelier with the CMS and also holds the WSET Level 2 Professional Certificate in Wine & Spirits. Thomas' other accomplishments include Spanish Wine Scholar & Educator with the WSG.

Two decades of experience in the restaurant and bar business have given Chef de Cuisine Jackson Stamper an uncommon level of accomplishment in a variety of locales, from his native Orlando to Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York City, and finally Las Vegas.. Chef Stamper offers sharable plates and seasonally inspired cuisine to accompany your liquid journey.
