Bub’s Aussie Gourmet Pies is bringing hearty, homemade Australian flavor to the Twin Cities, and we’ll be serving up fresh-baked savory pies, tuckshop sweets, and a host of other Aussie favorites beginning late February.

What the Heck is an Aussie Pie?

From food trucks to lunch counters to sporting events, the meat pie has been a hands-down favorite in Australia since the 1800s. Traditionally a hand-sized pastry filled with minced meat and gravy, today’s Aussie pie comes in a whole continent’s worth of savory combinations.
