In honor of Veganuary, Vegas Test Kitchen is hosting a special popup series every Tuesday featuring different Vegan chefs from around the Las Vegas valley.

Chef Iman Haggag, chef-owner of POTs is hosting dinner, a vegan Egyptian street food experience. at Vegas Test Kitchen on January 4th. "We strive to get the freshest ingredients and cook them the old traditional way, so you can get the best of both worlds. With a born and raised Egyptian chef in the kitchen, we can deliver the most authentic taste to ensure that you get the whole experience."

Hummus, Elevated - Warm hummus topped with Beyond brand vegan meat alternative, served with shatta crisp - chili oil and spices served with warm pita

* MAIN
Mushroom Kebab - Oyster mushroom spiced with the POTS original kabab spices, served with whipped vegan feta and pita

* DESSERT
Konfa - Crispy phyllo dough with coconut pudding topped with black currants, shredded coconut, and latik (a coconut sugar syrup)
