In honor of Veganuary, Vegas Test Kitchen is hosting a special popup series every Tuesday featuring different Vegan chefs from around the Las Vegas valley.
Chef Donald Lemperle, owner of VegeNation - Vegas’ first 100 percent plant-based eatery - is hosting dinner on January 25th. An encore to his successful ContraPunto pop-up in December, Chef Lemperle is again taking this opportunity to showcase his love for Italian food.
