Let's celebrate the Las Vegas Raiders as they go up against long-time rivals The Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, November 22.

And, c'mon, it's only appropriate that we do this in proper Vegas style with Coach Marinelli's daughter, Gina Marinelli of La Strega!

Football has always been important in Chef Gina's life. Her father, Las Vegas Raiders' Defensive Line Coach Rod Marinelli, has been working in coaching since 1973; starting as a high school coach and working with 4 other NFL teams before coming to Las Vegas, including the 2002 season Super Bowl winner, Tampa Bay... a win against Oakland. The team and Coach Marinelli are turning a new leaf and are now on the same side. Las Vegas has welcomed everyone with open arms and unbridled enthusiasm!

Says Chef Gina, "This event is extremely important to me because it combines two of my obsessions, football and cooking! It brings such excitement to have my family be a part of the inaugural season of the Las Vegas Raiders and for La Strega to get to kick off our home schedule."
