Getting in touch with our Cajun side, we are preparing an alligator sandwich for you tasting pleasure. We starting with an in house 80/20 alligator tail/hickory smoked bacon grind. Combining everything with a custom cajun blend of spice we will serve it on an alligator head focaccia with a spicy remoulade and shredded cabbage. Keeping it south we will serve it along side crispy fried okra.
