Chef Ramon's dream and passion for his food has become a local favorite! Legendary for the long lines to get a taste of that creamy tomato seafood stew. Chef wanted to bring his food to the masses and PK Oyster Bar is born. A sampling of some Cajun classics like Etouffee and Bouillabaisse will be offered along with others.
