Chef Ramon's dream and passion for his food has become a local favorite! Legendary for the long lines to get a taste of that creamy tomato seafood stew. Chef wanted to bring his food to the masses and PK Oyster Bar is born. A sampling of some Cajun classics like Etouffee and Bouillabaisse will be offered along with others.

Chef will be at Vegas Test Kitchen. Now you can reserve your oysters and pan roast in advance!!
