Join us at Jaleo, inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino, for an exclusive, exceptional dining experience to enjoy a feast of José Andrés’s signature dishes, leading up to the highlight of the menu: the traditional and authentic Paella Valenciana. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity after their meal to purchase a selection of half-priced Spanish wines from our exclusive Spanish wine shop to take home.
Paella Valenciana is the authentic saffron-laced dish of Valencia made with time honored techniques and ingredients. Jaleo is recognized by Wikipaella for serving the Paella Valenciana in the gastronomic tradition of the people of Valencia.
