Join us at Garagiste Wine Room | Merchant as we partner with Champagne Taittinger in a FIRST EVER open-to-the-public Champagne tasting and 2008 Comtes de Champagne release tasting AND bottle sale!

Be among the first in Las Vegas and, indeed, the country to taste the much lauded and sought after 2008 vintage of this legendary Taittinger Tete-de-Cuvee.

In previous years, this event has only been open to Sommeliers and buyers for some of the Strip's most-awarded restaurants in an annual event called "Somm Night Out." However, due to the circumstances of this year, Champagne Taittinger has decided to open the tasting to a limited number of public ticket-holders in a sit-down, socially distanced tasting led by Champagne Taittinger Brand Ambassador Mathew Semancik.

* 2008 "Comtes de Champagne", Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs
This is the Special Feature of the event as the 2008 vintage in Champagne is one of the best of the last 20 years. The 2008 vintage of Comtes de Champagne has never been released in the U.S. and ticket-holders will be the first to be given the opportunity to taste this rare bottling.
(Also available for purchase.)

* 2007 "Comtes de Champagne," Grands Crus Blanc de Blancs
Paired with the newly released 2008 vintage, the pouring of the 2007 vintage will be a great opportunity to taste two great Champagne vintages side by side. Poured from extremely-limited Magnum bottles.
(750mL bottles are available for purchase.)

* Taittinger "La Francaise," Brut
Our house cuvee and a perfect Champagne for everyday.

* Taittinger "Prestige." Brut Rose

* Taittinger "Prelude," Grand Crus, Brut
Fruit sourced from 100% Grand Cru vineyards.

* Taittinger "Nocturne," Blanc Sec (Magnum)

* Taittinger "Nocturne," Sec Rose

Limited food pairings will also accompany the tasting.

Not only do you have the opportunity to taste through a line-up of seven Taittinger bottlings, you'll also be able to purchase them as well! Get a head-start on your order by taking advantage of the additionally discounted bottle pricing - presented on the reservation page as additional tickets - when you reserve your spot! Add to your collection with ease, just in time for the Holidays! (You may also purchase at the event; inventory subject to change based on pre-orders.)

Can't attend the tasting? Take advantage of pre-sale pricing by ordering your bottles through the reservation page for this event. You do NOT need to buy event tickets in order to pick up your bottles.

An email will be sent to all purchasers regarding instructions and pick-up dates for pre-sale bottles.

NOTE: There are two (2) seatings for the tasting, each lasting approximately two hours. You will choose a ticket option for your preferred tasting AND a seating option before you confirm your purchase.

5pm to 7pm: 20 seats available ( choose the correct ticket selection and check-in time)
8pm to 10pm: 20 seats available ( choose the correct ticket selection and check-in time)
