Elizabeth Blau, Kim Canteenwalla, and their son Cole can’t imagine a summer without time on Cape Cod. Every year they pack up their dogs, plenty of good wine, and prepare for a few weeks of biking, the beach, pond time and - of course - cooking!
While a lot of their time on the Cape is about unwinding and connecting with friends and family, the food is an integral part of it. From the briny and mild Wellfleet oysters, to the steamers they dig out of the sand at low tide, to the incredibly sweet lobsters they love to cook on the beach, the flavors of the Cape inspire them long after summer has ended.
Now that they have returned home, it brings them great joy to be able to bring a taste of the Cape to their friends here in Las Vegas!
