La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where Executive Chef Partner Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes. Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy the moment they step in the door. Custom designed décor and accents that Marinelli collected from her travels abroad create an authentic European setting. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head ‘strega’ herself, Chef Gina Marinelli and of course, her coven. Inspired by the Amalfi coastline, the Loggia indoor/outdoor space allows guests to comfortably enjoy al fresco dining and cocktails year‐round. The main dining area offers a striking ambiance with Italian marble and gold accents looking into a bustling open kitchen.

La Strega boasts pasta dishes like Rigatoni Bolognese with wild boar, n’duja and Grana Padano, and Pasta AI Frutti Di Mare with stewed calamari, lobster and rock shrimp, spicy pomodoro and mint breadcrumbs; traditional pizzas with handmade dough; and entrees such as a 12 oz. bone-in prime NY Strip; roasted Cornish Hen; and a stuffed whole fish, to name a few. The dessert menu offers sweet indulgences like the “Cannoli” – a house‐made specialty with filled with ricotta and topped with chocolate and coconut; a vanilla bean gelato with a Chianti float; and whipped ricotta with smoked salt and blood orange olive oil on ciabatta. La Strega also features an expertly curated wine menu from esteemed sommelier, Stephanie Torres, as well as a handcrafted cocktail program featuring iconic favorites in addition to non‐alcoholic libations created with Italian spritzes and bitters. La Strega is located at 3555 S. Town Center Drive and is open Tuesday - Friday 5pm-10pm; Saturday 4pm-10pm and Sundays for brunch service from 10 am-2 pm with dinner hours resuming 4 pm-10 pm.
