With a nod to a New England tradition, NoMad Las Vegas has brought Lobster Fest to the desert. Beginning July 17, NoMad’s SecretBurger offering will serve the Lobster Fest ($75 per person) for a limited time only. Drawing from a communal summer experience, this seafood feast is the perfect meal for family and friends to gather around. The barrage of lobster starts with snacks of tempura, ceviche, and miso-glazed tail; followed by lobster chowder with corn, potatoes, and cheddar biscuits.

The meal peaks with the main course of grilled lobster with lobster salad, runner beans, tomato, and artichoke.

Dessert, meanwhile, is a blueberry cobbler. Bibs are not required.
