Chef Khai Vu's passion has always been food. The award-winning restaurateur is behind District One & Bar and MORDEO Boutique Wine Bar. For one night only, he is bringing his craft and love of food to Starboard Tack for the annual Fourth of July Kamayan Feast.

A kamayan is a communal-style Filipino feast composed of colorful arrays of foods. Starboard Tack has embraced this form of dining for special events throughout the year. We are looking forward to Chef Khai's take on this family-style feast.
