"All good things come to those that wait." and one of the things I've waited for is a fatty chicago deep dish pie! One slice is an entire meal. I'm going to build a 3 inch thick pie with our house made sourdough crush, borrow some pepperoni, kielbasa and chorizo that we make at Smoke & Mirrors Saloon and pile high sharp cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella. Then of course we will top it with a cherry tomato sauce and a little windy city love!
Couple reminders: This Secret Burger ticket Feeds 2-3 people, will take about 40 minutes cooking time (so grab a beer next door at Black Label) and we will also do this meatless for our vegetarian friends upon request!
