The marinating process for this dish requires two weeks. First, Chef is going to season the steaks with Red Boat Salt, which is known for its essence of umami, rosemary and pink peppercorns. The next step is to coat each steak in A5 Wagyu fat.
We suggest you bring friends as this will feed a party of four. The steak will be served in three pieces, the crown, the rib cap and the ribeye. Three flavors in one steak.
