Chef Justin Hall of Las Vegas, NV will be using Montana grown, raised, caught & distilled ingredients to tell the story of his travels from California to North Carolina, Florida, Australia and Denmark.
Course 1
Farmhouse Salad: Soft boiled duck egg, arugula & chicory, pickled onions, fried garlic, green goddess dressing
Lake Trout Cakes: Smoked Oyster Mayo
