Confit duck, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, King Oyster Mushroom noodle, soft boiled egg, 12h Ramen broth 

We love ramen, we are in China Town, so we decided to create a European style ramen. We add some foie grass and confit duck. Instead of noodles we use King oyster Mushroom , we cut them like noodles. Our ramen broth is intense and flavorful, inspired in the broths we use for our paellas.
