Barcelona gastronomy has a huge influence mixing goods from the sea with ingredients from the land. In the past fisherman’s used to have also farms with pigs , goats, lambs etc.. so they developed recipes like rabbit with langoustines, lobster with wild mushrooms, clams with jamon , shrimp and bone marrow.

Our roll features 100 % Iberico Ham, Poached Maine Lobster, Sambal Mayo, Fresh tomato, and a Toasted Brioche Roll
