Duck Ramen is back for one day only!!

Confit duck, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, King Oyster Mushroom noodle, soft boiled egg, 12h Ramen broth

We love ramen, we are in China Town, so we decided to create European style ramen. We add some foie grass and confit duck. Instead of noodles we use King oyster Mushroom, we cut them like noodles. Our ramen broth is intense and flavorful, inspired in the broths we use for our paellas.
