Five Star Fast Food is a Pop-Up Series of rotating executive chefs recreating their favorite fast food dishes.

Monday, February 10th, Chef Josh Smith is taking over Meraki's kitchen and he'll be serving up his favorite fried fish sandwich. This is NO filet-o-fish. Chef's Augie's Sandwich Island is taking this dish to another level.
