Who is Pretty Soul Kitchen & Chef B?

Pretty Soul Kitchen was established in 2016 in Los Angeles. Chef Brandi, known as Chef B, relocated to Las Vegas in 2018 where she began meal prepping, and discovered a fast-growing following and client base.

As the clientele grew so did the request for catering and personal chef services. As Chef began to shift focus, she also began to look for ways to expand, focusing on getting PSK food into the mouths of the Vegas locals.

Chef B was raised in Virginia where she worked in a number of restaurants and went to school for culinary arts. She has been practicing her skills for over 20 years.

As we present Pretty Soul Kitchen to the restaurant world, we are super excited to bring upscale Soul Food to Las Vegas food lovers!

* Soul Bowl - fried chicken layered over mac n' cheese, collard greens, and cornbread
* Fried Strawberries with vanilla ice cream, topped with a chocolate drizzle and whipped cream

* Stewed Branzino with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini
