Chef Sandra, popularly known at Coachella and Rolling Loud as the “Cajun Queen,” and from the Bravo TV and Food Network, Chef Roble & Co.'s Chef Che’ Gravy also known as “The Sauce Boss” for whipping up purees, reductions, and aioli.

The SanChe Remix is like mixing music and food for the soul, it’s a combination of southern creole cuisine topped with a secret designer sauce formulated for every tastebud on your palate… It’s a party in your mouth!

These two chefs have come together to change the food game… Food will never be the same once you experience the twist you’ll never turn back. Why eat macaroni when you can have Lobster Mac? Every dish has a surprise twist!

We believe our menu is the Mardi Gras of FLAVOR! Influence stem from New Orleans, San Francisco, and the Caribbean Islands.
