Join us at Peyote in Downtown Las Vegas for live DJ-guided music by SUGATONE, chill vibes, and chilled and hot seafood dishes celebrated by Peyote's TWO NEW HEAD CHEFS.


$65 per person

Thanks to MARISSA BARLOW & 400 CONEJOS MEZCAL, Marissa has created a tasty Mezcal cocktail called "Dilly Wabbit," a dill-infused 400 Conejos Mezcal cocktail with Aquavit, carrot and citrus.

** CHILLED SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE includes small plates and displays of cold seafood:

Oysters shucked to order
Chilled seafood
Various accompaniments and sauces

** OPEN FIRE DISHES that celebrate deeper, wood smoked flavors and earthier spices:

Whole octopus, Adobo style (marinated specialties)
Whole fish, Nayarit style (a lot of fish, chiles, and tropical flavors)
Skirt steak in a house marinade, and pork tacos Adobada style (marinated and fermented specialties)

A glamorous desert oasis awash in vibrant desert hues, Peyote brings retro desert charm to Downtown Las Vegas within the eclectic Fergusons community of Fremont East. Guests are greeted by a cactus and succulent garden leading them to the beaming bistro, a collaboration between the founders of local favorites including The Laundry Room, Park on Fremont, and Vegas Test Kitchen. This unique haven is a harmonious mix of desert glam meets modern chic, creating a vibrant and colorful ambiance. It acts as a perfect paradise for guests to titillate their tastebuds with our lively libations and beckoning bites.



CHEF DANIEL ARIAS was born in California in a small little border town to Mexicali to a family with experience in agriculture and restaurants and as a child was able to experience much of the best of culinary in the US and Mexico. He backpacked through Europe and staged at different restaurants in France, Italy, and Spain. His history includes Marriott hotels, Mandalay Bay, Joel Robuchon, Jose Andres, Tao group, Aria Hotel and many more restaurants, before going to Ensenada to open an Omakase-style pasta bar with his family.

CHEF ISIDRO MARQUEZ was born and raised in the state of Puebla, Mexico. He grew up helping his father harvest a variety of vegetables, especially corn. He enjoyed his time in the field as much as spending time in the kitchen with his mother using those vegetables making the meal for the day, especially when dried chilis and fresh masa were involved. In his childhood he occasionally visited the states of Oaxaca, Veracruz, Mexico state and the capital of Puebla, amazed with the unique culinary world of each place. Chef Marquez has worked under different chefs and restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Hawaiian, American, Mexican, and Spanish influences.

THEIR PARTNERSHIP BEGAN at e by Jose Andres, executing the Spanish avant-garde style where both chefs fell in love with the techniques, attention to detail and the history behind it. After sharing the kitchen and building a friendship for years, they decided to launch their first concept during the summer of 2021 called “The Black Pearl” inside Vegas Test Kitchen. A gourmet Baja seafood style, a combination of flavors throughout the south and north of Mexico. A form of expression from experiences, memories, techniques, and a good start to make their way of going back to their roots.
