.In honor of Veganuary, Vegas Test Kitchen is hosting a special popup series every Tuesday featuring different Vegan chefs from around the Las Vegas valley.

Chef Mary Dee, owner of O.G. Lola's, is hosting a 7-dish vegan Kamayan dinner at Vegas Test Kitchen on Tuesday, January 18th.

Kamayan in Tagalog translates to “With Hands” This traditional Filipino style of eating without the use of utensils is a fun, interactive, and sensory way to experience the Filipino food culture. A vibrant spread of 7 different dishes will be laid on a fresh banana leaf for you to enjoy for yourself or with your loved ones.
