As we cannot have fans in the stands this year, we are looking forward to showcasing 7 amazingly talented LOCAL chefs and restaurants over 8 select weeks during the season. This way you can stay in the comfort of your home and enjoy live football games on the big screen... all while enjoying the chefs' favorite dishes for tailgating and in this case, HOMEGATING!

Remy Cointreau will be featuring various brands throughout the season as well, bringing everything together for a perfect watch-at-home party celebrating our Las Vegas Raiders!

Many of you may know Chef Josh Smith from his time at Estiatorio Milos in the Cosmo, Bardot in the Aria, or maybe you've been to a secret brunch or had the Augie's sandwiches with us. A Las Vegas native, Chef Josh has worked everywhere and has amassed knowledge from every facet of the culinary world. That said, there's just no place like home. Leaning on his many experiences and learning from those varied and storied culinary opportunities, Chef Josh is currently working on opening a new steakhouse in Downtown Summerlin with the LEV Group.

When we asked Chef Josh to participate in a HOMEGATING event this season, he knew the perfect dish would be a savory Reuben sandwich. You won't want to miss it; Chef Josh has been lauded by the Food Network show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" for his charcuterie, and both the NY Times and LA Times celebrated his pig-centric and farm-forward efforts.

Josh's Reuben is a no-fuss, smoky, hearty, and delicious way to nourish us all as we root on our home team, the Las Vegas Raiders as they smoke (ha!) the Miami Dolphins! Don't forget the extras! Make your feast your own by building it up with additional dishes!
