Chef Bruce Kalman is at it again, having announced his plans to open a brick-and-mortar SoulBelly BBQ here in Las Vegas, he is popping up AGAIN, this time to offer you a day off from the kitchen for your Christmas Dinner!

Born and raised in northern NJ, Bruce Kalman is a James Beard­-nominated chef whose work and training started close to home and took him to kitchens, entrepreneurial enterprises, and communities all over the US. You will also recognize him from multiple high-intensity chef competitions!

"I’m excited to cook Christmas dinner for even just one person as we all know Covid is making it challenging for families to get together. We are hoping to save Christmas cheer for those alone or in very small groups, without the need to purchase a large meal package."

Introducing MASON JAR COCKTAILS sourced from a local company in Las Vegas. These jars create 4-6 perfect cocktails in 3 minutes! Fill half of the jar with boiling hot water, steep for 3 min, add 8oz spirit of choice, reseal, shake it vigorously, strain and serve over ice.
* This is also a great holiday gift!)

$20 Miss Scarlett, Hibiscus flowers, lemon, honey (We suggest infusing with gin or tequila)
$20 Stagger Lee, Ginger, Cinnamon, Orange ( We suggest infusing with whiskey or rum)
