For one night only, enjoy China Poblano’s Chinese New Year Menu offerings as a tasting menu.

The tasting menu is designed and priced for two.

Five Course Menu:

Secret Garden
Black sesame fried tofu, seasonal greens, pear, almond, sesame dressing

Dragon’s Pearl
Scallop and pork dumpling wrapped in daikon , mushroom broth, black moss (Fat Choy)

Royal Treasure
Soft shell crab, golden Mexican blue shrimp, salted egg yolk, pea shoots

Lucky Pot
Fried whole seasonal fish, pearl onion, corn cakes, crispy black rice

Golden Fortune
Tart shell, egg custard, pastry cream, blueberry, ginger ice cream
