$120 includes a prime rib dinner built for two, including:

* This dinner will begin with an MSP Wedge Salad.

* You will then enjoy our "Smoke 'Em if you Got 'Em" Prime Rib, a 16-ounce Cape Grim Prime Rib, highly marbled and 100% grass fed. This beef is dry-aged for 40 days, then smoked for 18 hours. Served with hunter's sauce and whipped horseradish cream.

* It is paired with Hasselback creamer potatoes dressed with steelhead roe cream and herbs.

* $65 - Caviar Loaded Potato Dumplings
Fried potato dumplings served in chive cream, topped with green onion, minced shallots, a soft boiled egg, and 1/2 ounce of Noble Ossetra caviar

1 oz of Ossetra caviar, served with fry bread, chopped hard boiled egg, minced shallot and sour cream
