Lushington St presents Supper Club with Moet Hennessy

The Supper Club consists of three dinners, August 27, 28, and 29. We've invited different chefs to cook for you in an intimate setting accompanied by live music.

Saturday, August 28th, Menu by The Black Pearl

The Black Pearl is a new concept in Las Vegas found at Vegas Test Kitchen. Both chefs are classically trained and bring the flavors of their childhood in Baja and Puebla to the plate. This sophisticated dinner consists of the following dishes.

Spritz Sphere – champagne spritz

Beer batter oyster – salsa Bendita, chipotle mayo

Scallop & Caviar – Scallop crisp with caviar and jocoque (sour cream)

Grilled clam and shrimp – half clam, sofrito, white wine, jack cheese, chipotle marinate shrimp

Caramelle pasta- Stuffed chicken red mole, saffron cream, cotija foam

Beef cheek barbacoa- beef cheek stew served with Robuchon potato/truffle
