Large social gatherings in close proximity are now passé. Noir Culinary Experience is reimagining events with smaller more intimate group settings, wildly engaging activities while social distance seating and mandatory mask wearing. We are connecting Las Vegas Black chefs, cooks & Black-owned restaurants & local foodies with an element of soul and culture steeped in creative ambience.
We encourage our chef/restaurant partners to create cuisine off-the-menu or a specialty fare that guests can not find anywhere else. Their specialty meals are aesthetically alluring and taste like the soul of our people.
Noir Culinary Experience is the brainchild of sisters Emika & Jessica Porter and mom, Deborah Porter. “As a female-centric business, we are driven by our passion for creating extraordinary events that amplify Black culture and our unwavering commitment to support Black culinary professionals.”
