Sunday Night at the Test Kitchen presents, SUNDAY SUPPER with Chef Josh Bianchi.
I love springtime when things start to warm up, plants start to bloom and the days get longer. Living in the southwest with our year round availability of ingredients, I still like to think of couple of ingredients as Springtime; such as artichokes, peas, asparagus, veal and even "firefly squid, (baby calamari) being only available this time of year. Here are few of my favorite Springtime dishes to cook. Hope to see you there.
